She holds both an honours degree and a master’s degree in library and information science from the National University of Science and Technology. As one of the founding professionals in her institution’s library, she joined as a library assistant and rose through the ranks to become University Librarian and University Press Coordinator. In this role, she has excelled by bridging traditional library services with scholarly publishing. She successfully led the digitization of all university-published journals, ensured their global accessibility, and provided seamless access to digital content, showcasing the department’s technical proficiency and commitment to open access and academic visibility. She has a strong interest in academic library management and information literacy.
